Jermaine Beal scoring with confidence for Vanderbilt

— Two Vanderbilt players saw their scoring roles head in opposite directions two weeks ago in Knoxville.

Senior guard Jermaine Beal had a fabulous night, burying four 3-pointers and notching 25 points to help Vanderbilt win at Tennessee for the first time in five years.

Sophomore forward Jeffery Taylor, the Commodores' leading scorer at the time, added a relatively quiet 10 points.

Since then Beal's confidence has spiked and his productivity has swelled. Taylor's output has tapered off as more opponents have schemed to take away his dribble drive.
